The Pro Boss Agency was founded by Markia a former beauty entrepreneur, creative director, and marketing strategist who has experience building brands from the inside out. She's owned two beauty businesses, led teams of 10+, and launched campaigns that have reached over 3 million views.
The Pro Boss Agency exists because Markia kept seeing the same problem: founder-led brands with real revenue, real teams, and real potential, but no one at the helm of the creative. No one making sure the vision was clear, the team was aligned, strategy in place, and the campaigns were actually connecting with the people they were built for.
That's the gap Pro Boss fills. Not as another agency. Not as another vendor. As the creative leadership your brand has been missing.
